| Description: | REAL 2-1-1 helpline requests across the 25 Western Pennsylvania counties served by the United Way of Southwestern Pennsylvania, one row per request, the upstream resource entire (2023-09-22 .. 2025-08-27, no window and no sample - see gen_wpa_211_requests.py). Used to demonstrate a denominator-aware region map on a real service log rather than a synthetic one. No population column is carried on purpose: the rate panel's denominator is FETCHED by --denominator census@2024, and the county boundaries by --geojson auto, which also canonicalizes the county NAMES below to Census GEOIDs so the fetched population keys onto them. |
